Balrog (or Vega as he's called in the US).
Not sure which incarnation of SFII this is from.
This is possibly a fan cel... but I cant confirm anything =(
He doesnt have a sequence number for one thing.
Secondly, the same image is on the cover to the movie, BUT, the detailing on this cel is much better than the image on the cover.. So, they cant be the same.. (ie. Its not a hanken for the movie cover.)
I may end up selling for the price I paid for him.
